We at Burke Mountain Confectionery strive to bring you the best chocolate truffles and barks. We do our best to ensure you receive our products in excellent condition, if you should have any questions, comments or concerns please contact us at info@burkemountainconfectionery.com.

I have common food allergies. Should I be concerned?

We do process with nuts of many kinds, however, we make every effort to not cross contaminate our other "non-nut" confections. Furthermore, we cannot control variables such as how cocoa farmers store raw ingredients or how shipping/delivery companies ship products containing milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, almonds, cashews, walnuts, pecans, and/or fragments of other tree nuts either by design or through cross contamination. Also, our original Peppermint Bark Pancake Mix does contain wheat, soy and milk products & we do use pretzels in some of our products also which contain gluten. Lastly, there is soy and milk in ALL of our chocolates. If there are further allergy related questions or concerns, simply contact us we would be glad to assist you and/or you can always read our ingredient labels for written clarification.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

There is always a chance that the products you ordered have yet to be made, so it may take a few days to make your order and another few days for shipping. You can expect your order to arrive within a week or so of ordering. Orders placed after 2:00PM EST will be processed the next business day. Please note orders after December 15th may not arrive by Christmas!

 

May I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement UNLESS it has already been shipped. Please email info@burkemountainconfectionery.com to cancel an order.

 

How should I store my Bark and Truffles?

To maintain freshness, store your barks and truffles in a cool dry place preferably below 70 degrees.

 

How should I ship during the summer?

We strongly recommend shipping Next Day Air between May 1 and October 15. BMC will not assume responsibility for melted product shipped by any other method during this time.
